and behavior that may cause physical injury, loss and/or #
damage of any other kind to individuals or groups of #

content that may infringe patents, trademarks, trade #
secrets, copyrights, other intellectual or proprietary #
rights of any person, company and/or entity; #
- to carry out commercial and/or sales activities, #
including the transmission of advertising and/or #
promotional content; #
- to communicate, reveal and/or spread private information #
about people, companies and/or entities, including the #
user themselves; #
- to impersonate other people, companies and/or entities, #
not corresponding to your identity, including managers and #
directors of forums, guides, hosts, employees, agents #
and/or other collaborators of Manco Andrea; falsely state #
or otherwise imply a connection with any person, company #
and/or entity; #
- to hinder and/or interrupt the normal functioning of the #
site, use scurrilous, abusive or shouting language, such #
as, by way of example but not limited to, the use of #
CAPITAL WRITING; send unsolicited messages and use any #
other disruptive technique capable of disturbing and/or #
influencing other users of the site; #
- to use any design bugs, defects or errors to obtain #
unauthorized access to the site; use any unauthorized #
cheats or exploits in connection with the site, including, #
but not limited to, bots, emulators, or other unauthorized #
third-party tools; access sections of the site that the #
user is not authorized to access; access and/or use the #
site if the user has previously been suspended or removed #

The user acknowledges and accepts that, under no #

responsible and/or held accountable for any behavior of #

relation to which the user assumes, as of now, all related #
responsibility at its own sole expense. #
The user acknowledges and accepts that all the #
aforementioned limitations and exclusions of liability #
will be fully valid and effective even in the event that #
Manco Andrea has been previously advised of the #
possibility that damages and/or losses of any nature and #
any entity, and also in the event of failure and/or #
inadequacy of any corrective measures. #
The user acknowledges and accepts that in the event of any #
dispute with Manco Andrea, they will be able to obtain, as #
their sole remedy, the right to cease the use of the site. #
In the event that the rules and legislative provisions in #
force in certain States, territories and jurisdictions do #
not allow the exclusion and/or limitation of liability for #
consequential, incidental and/or other possible damages #
and/or in cases of fraud, accident, death and/or in other #
possible cases, in such States, territories and #
jurisdictions the limitation of liability of Manco Andrea, #
upon the occurrence of the aforementioned situations, will #
be equal to the maximum extent permitted by the #

The user understands and agrees that all exclusions and #
limitations of warranties and all exclusions and #
limitations of liability set forth in this section 5 #

limitation of liability) shall be in full force and effect #
in all circumstances in which the user accesses websites #
and/or networks of third parties during access and/or use #
of the site, even in the case of negligence, gross #
negligence, strict liability, default, breach of warranty #

expenses, of any nature and of any amount, including, by #
way of example but not limited to, legal fees, which are #
generated: #

including, by way of example but not limited to, the #
creation and/or or the use of user-generated content #
derived from the site and/or linked to the site; #
b) from any violation of the terms and conditions of this #
information by the user; #
c) from any content created by the user of a #
discriminatory, racist, obscene, libelous, offensive, #
illegal, defamatory, inappropriate nature or which may in #
any way damage the rights of third parties; #
d) from declarations relating to the content of the site, #
which the user makes available through any support, tool #
and/or other means, which transgress or violate the #
current rules and legislative provisions relating to #
copyright, registered trademarks, business secret, #
privacy, any other intellectual property and any other #
